The invention relates to the technical field of elevator safety, and discloses an elevator intelligent inspection method which comprises the following steps: acquiring operation data, state data and fault data of an elevator through a sensor to obtain an elevator data set, and analyzing the data in the elevator data set to generate service data; a maintenance task of the elevator is obtained, a function library of the inspection robot is formed for the maintenance task, a health state analysis result of the elevator is obtained according to the service data, and an inspection task of the elevator is determined; the inspection task of the elevator is issued to the inspection robot, task parameters and task conditions are integrated to obtain task data, the task data are analyzed, and the time required for completing each task is predicted; in combination with the elevator position and the action track of the inspection robot, the inspection route of each inspection robot is planned and decomposed into individual tasks to be issued to the inspection robot, and an inspection report is output through inspection of the inspection robot; the efficiency, performance and effectiveness of elevator inspection are improved, and on-demand inspection is achieved.

    本发明涉及电梯安全技术领域,公开了一种电梯智能巡检方法,通过传感器采集电梯的运行数据、状态数据和故障数据,得到电梯数据集合,通过对电梯数据集合中的数据进行分析,生成服务数据;获取电梯的维保任务,针对维保任务形成巡检机器人的功能库,根据服务数据得到电梯的健康状态分析结果,并确定电梯的巡检任务;下发电梯的巡检任务至巡检机器人,将任务参数和任务情况整合,得到任务数据,对任务数据进行分析,预测各任务完成所需时间;结合电梯位置和巡检机器人行动轨迹,规划好各个巡检机器人的巡检路线,分解成个体任务下发给巡检机器人,经过巡检机器人巡检输出巡检报告;本发明提高了电梯巡检的效率、性和有效性,实现按需巡检。
