The invention discloses an anti-sagging device for a lifting steel wire rope of a flat-end type tower crane, and relates to the technical field of sagging prevention for the lifting steel wire rope of the flat-end type tower crane. The anti-drooping device for the hoisting steel wire rope of the flat head type tower crane comprises a rectangular frame with an upper opening and a lower opening, and a follow-up driving mechanism which is mounted between a pulley frame and a suspension arm so as to automatically adjust the position of the rectangular frame according to the moving position of the pulley frame is arranged in the rectangular frame; the position of the bearing mechanism is dynamically adjusted through the follow-up driving mechanism, so that the bearing mechanism is accurately borne in the middle of a lifting steel wire rope, and the bearing mechanism synchronously and adaptively moves along with the length change of the lifting steel wire rope section between the lifting arm and the pulley frame; the follow-up driving mechanisms are connected in series, so that the change of the lifting steel wire rope caused by the lengthening of the suspension arm is effectively dealt with, the anti-droop requirement of a longer lifting steel wire rope can be met, and the number of required anti-droop devices is reduced through the extension of the inhaul cable.

    本发明公开了一种平头式塔式起重机的起升钢丝绳防垂装置,本发明涉及平头式塔式起重机起升钢丝绳防垂技术领域。该平头式塔式起重机的起升钢丝绳防垂装置,包括上下开口的矩形框架,矩形框架中设置有用于安装在滑车架与吊臂之间以便于根据滑车架移动位置自动调整矩形框架位置的随动式驱移机构,矩形框架上部设置有用于快速安装至吊臂上的连接部,本发明通过随动式驱移机构动态调整承托机构位置,使其精确承托在起升钢丝绳的中部,并随吊臂和滑车架之间起升钢丝绳段的长度变化同步自适应移动,从而有效应对吊臂加长导致的起升钢丝绳变化,再通过将多个随动式驱移机构串连,可适应更长起升钢丝绳的防垂需求,并通过拉索伸长减少所需防垂装置数量。
