The invention discloses a continuous flow road network traffic energy consumption value estimation method and system, and the method comprises the steps: dividing road units, and determining the characteristics of the road units, including numbers, nodes, calculation lengths, and a relation function between an energy consumption rate and a speed; collecting in-out vehicle information of each road unit in a unit time period, and calculating a converted total traffic amount; the traffic state is evaluated, the traffic flow state is determined to be free flow, stable flow, unstable flow or limited flow by comparing the relation between the traffic flow and the critical traffic volume, and the average vehicle speed is calculated; calculating the energy consumption and the additional energy consumption of the normally running vehicle based on the vehicle running condition to obtain the total traffic energy consumption of the road unit; and summarizing the total traffic energy consumption of all the road units to determine the energy consumption level of the whole road network. The method has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency and systematization, provides effective support for traffic management and optimization, and promotes sustainable development of traffic.

    本发明公开了一种连续流路网交通能耗数值估算方法和系统,包括:划分道路单元并确定其特性,包括编号、节点、计算长度及能耗率与速度关系函数;收集单位时段内各道路单元的进出车辆信息,计算折算交通总量;评估交通状态,通过比较交通流量与临界交通量的关系,确定交通流状态为自由流、稳定流、不稳定流或限制流,并计算平均车速;基于车辆行驶情况,计算正常行驶车辆的能耗和附加能耗,得到道路单元的交通总能耗;汇总所有道路单元的交通总能耗,以确定整个路网的能耗水平。本发明具有高精度、高效率和系统化的特点,为交通管理与优化提供了有效支持,促进交通可持续发展。
