The invention discloses a fault processing method and device of a fuel cell vehicle system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicle control. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the following steps: in response to detection of a fault of a storage battery, controlling a fuel cell converter, a boost converter and a vehicle auxiliary engine except a low-voltage buck converter and a storage battery temperature control box to stop running; controlling the fuel cell to continue to operate, so that the fuel cell directly supplies power to the load; the first inverter, the second inverter, the step-down converter, the fuel cell auxiliary machine, the low-voltage step-down converter and the storage battery temperature control box are controlled to stop running; a relay of the storage battery is cut off; the boost converter, the buck converter, the fuel cell auxiliary machine, the vehicle auxiliary machine, the first inverter and the second inverter are controlled to be started again, so that the vehicle enters the limping mode; and detecting whether the relay is sintered. The fault processing method of the fuel cell vehicle system can respond to the driving demand of the user as soon as possible.

    本发明公开了燃料电池车系统的故障处理方法、装置和车辆,涉及车辆控制技术领域。该方法的一具体实施方式包括:响应于检测到蓄电池发生故障,控制燃料电池转换器、升压转换器、除低压降压转换器和蓄电池温控箱外的车辆辅机停止运行;控制燃料电池继续运行,以使燃料电池直接向负载供应电力;控制第一逆变器、第二逆变器、降压转换器、燃料电池辅机、低压降压转换器、蓄电池温控箱停止运行;将蓄电池的继电器切断;控制升压转换器、降压转换器、燃料电池辅机、车辆辅机、第一逆变器、第二逆变器再次启动,以使车辆进入跛行模式;检测继电器是否发生烧结。该燃料电池车系统的故障处理方法可以尽快响应用户的驾驶需求。
