    本发明公开了一种高吸能率的轨道列车吸能装置,包括外筒、内筒、一级吸能机构及二级吸能机构,所述内筒滑动插设于所述外筒内;所述一级吸能机构包括塑性方管、扩张锥头及接触件;所述二级吸能机构的体积可压缩,其设置于所述外筒内。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一级吸能机构采用扩张薄壁管过程中产生的管体塑性变形能力以及摩擦力吸收能量,不受速度影响,在各类碰撞场景中均可稳定吸能。同时,通过一级吸能机构对内部薄壁管的扩张产生能量的同时,将扩张后的薄壁紧密贴合至内筒内壁,有效支撑垂向力,让吸能结构有更高的抗垂向载荷的能力,减少因前端过长而在碰撞中受到垂向力导致的结构失效风险,确保吸能过程的有序性和有效性。
