The invention provides a dual-super satellite maneuvering ground test system and method based on air floatation gravity unloading. The platform cabin body and the load cabin body are mainly formed by building aluminum profiles and aluminum plates, and the platform cabin body is located on a single-axis air floating platform or a three-axis air floating platform; the load cabin uses a self-carrying gas cylinder to supply gas and floats on the marble platform through a plane gas bearing. The two cabins are respectively provided with a power supply module unit capable of providing related power supply, a central computer for operating a real-time system, a gyroscope for measuring the angular velocity and an auxiliary cable. Meanwhile, the two cabins are connected through a magnetic suspension actuator. By installing corresponding execution mechanisms in the platform cabins, full-physical test verification in the aspects of cooperative steady-state control of the two cabins of the double-super satellite, rapid attitude maneuver control, inter-cabin cable disturbance and the like can be achieved. The test method has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and rapidness in implementation.

    本发明提供了一种基于气浮重力卸载的双超卫星机动地面试验系统及方法。平台舱体及载荷舱体主要由铝型材和铝板搭建而成,其中平台舱位于单轴气浮台或三轴气浮台上;载荷舱体使用自载气瓶供气通过平面气浮轴承浮于大理石平台上。两舱均配备可提供相关供电的电源模块单元、运行实时系统的中心计算机、测量角速度的陀螺及附属电缆。同时,两舱之间通过磁浮作动器连接。通过在平台舱安装相应的执行机构,可实现双超卫星两舱协同稳态控制、快速姿态机动控制、以及舱间线缆扰动等方面的全物理试验验证。该试验方法具有结构简单、制造成本低、实施快捷的优点。
