    本发明涉及一种负离子纳米激活剂除甲醛凝胶的制备及装置,将锐钛矿晶型的纳米二氧化钛溶胶加入到稀土负离子溶液中,再加入一定量的缓释剂作为凝胶的缓释纳米激活剂。采用一种粉状复合成胶剂,其组成为壳聚糖、黄原胶、海藻酸钠、亚氯酸钠、碳酸氢钠和染料。于是配置稀土负离子溶液,加入定量的稳定剂和缓释剂。设计一种旋转储料与储液容器旋转结合为一体的装置。装置内载粉状复合成胶剂,内部附设旋转的六角手柄,部件顶端附有圆柱形旋转推进器,旋转推进部件下移,将储料桶底端的隔离膜顶掉,粉状复合成胶剂即刻跌落到储液容器内,随即进行反应生成二氧化氯、负离子及除甲醛纳米材料成分,慢慢的释放空间获得很好的净化空气的效果。
