The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery replacement system which comprises a battery rack of a multi-layer structure, a water and electricity connector edge distance mechanism, a locking and unlocking mechanism and a double-bin sliding table, wherein the water and electricity connector edge distance mechanism and the locking and unlocking mechanism are arranged on all layers of the battery rack. The battery rack supports storage of multiple layers of batteries, and the hydroelectric connector edge distance mechanism achieves position adjustment of a hydroelectric connector through cooperation of a vertical guide rail, a horizontal guide rail and a displacement groove. The locking and unlocking mechanism is arranged on the battery supporting plate, and automatic locking and unlocking of the battery are achieved through X-direction and Y-direction lock heads and an electric cylinder; the double-bin sliding table is provided with a synchronous belt and a servo motor, and bidirectional replacement and accurate movement of a feed battery and a fully-charged battery are achieved through bidirectional synchronous movement of the first battery supporting plate and the second battery supporting plate. The technical problems that an existing system is poor in compatibility with batteries of multiple specifications, low in battery replacement efficiency and complex in operation are solved.
