The invention provides an automatic adjustment method and device for an IBC installation mode in a whole vehicle state. The device comprises a base fixed to a vehicle body, a sliding block used for assisting in supporting the IBC, and a driving component used for driving the sliding block to move. The method comprises the steps that the current vibration frequency and vibration intensity of a brake pedal are collected; comparing the actually measured vibration intensity with permissible vibration intensity in a preset frequency-intensity corresponding table; and when the actually measured vibration intensity exceeds a permissible value, determining an IBC installation modal target according to the current vibration frequency, controlling the driving component to move the sliding block, and adjusting the auxiliary supporting position of the IBC, so that the supporting rigidity of the sliding block to the IBC is adjusted, and the whole IBC installation rigidity meets the target requirement. The adjustable auxiliary supporting device for adjusting the position of the IBC supporting point is additionally arranged, vibration detection and an automatic control strategy are combined, real-time dynamic adjustment of the IBC installation mode is achieved, resonance between the IBC and other excitation sources of the whole vehicle is effectively avoided, the implementation cost is low, and universality is high.

    本发明提供一种整车状态下IBC安装模态的自动调整方法及装置。该装置包括:与车身固定的基座,用于辅助支撑IBC的滑块,以及用于驱动滑块移动的驱动部件。该方法包括:采集制动踏板当前的振动频率和振动强度;将实测振动强度与预设的频率‑强度对应表中的许可振动强度进行对比;当实测振动强度超过许可值时,根据当前振动频率确定IBC安装模态目标,控制驱动部件移动滑块,调整IBC的辅助支撑位置,从而调整滑块对IBC的支撑刚度,以实现IBC整车安装刚度满足目标要求。本发明通过增设调节IBC支撑点位置的可调节的辅助支撑装置,结合振动检测和自动控制策略,实现了IBC安装模态的实时动态调节,有效避免了IBC与整车其他激励源产生共振,且实施成本低,通用性强。
