The steering column comprises a steering column assembly, an installation assembly, a locking assembly and a protection assembly, the installation assembly is movably connected with the steering column assembly through a pin shaft, a locking mechanism is movably connected into the installation assembly, the locking assembly is rotationally connected with the top of the installation assembly, and the protection assembly is arranged on the steering column assembly. The locking assembly is in transmission connection with the locking mechanism, a disengaging mechanism is arranged at the end of the locking assembly, and the protection assembly is fixedly installed on the surface of the installation assembly. Relative movement is achieved through cooperation of the steering sleeve and the telescopic sleeve, the locking assembly is automatically disengaged when collision occurs, the safety performance of a driver is improved as much as possible, rotation of the handle is achieved through the protection assembly, telescopic and angle synchronous adjustment of the upper steering shaft can be achieved, and the driving safety performance can also be improved; buffering protection after the steering wheel rotates in place is achieved by arranging the buffering assembly, and the service life of the steering column can be effectively prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种用于线控底盘的转向柱,其包括:转向柱总成、安装组件、锁止组件和保护组件,安装组件通过销轴与转向柱总成活动连接,且安装组件内部活动连接有锁止机构,锁止组件与安装组件顶部转动连接,锁止组件与锁止机构传动连接,且锁止组件端部设有脱离机构,保护组件固定安装至安装组件表面。本申请通过转向套和伸缩套的配合实现相对移动,在发生碰撞时使锁止组件自动脱离,尽可能提高驾驶人员的安全性能,通过保护组件实现手柄的转动,不仅可实现上转向轴的伸缩和角度同步调节,也能提高驾驶安全性能,通过设置缓冲组件实现方向盘转动到位后的缓冲保护,可有效提高转向柱的使用寿命。
