The invention discloses a high-speed aircraft heat dredging-power generation integrated device which comprises a heat dredging pulsating heat pipe arranged on a nose cone of a high-speed aircraft; the heat dredging pulsating heat pipe comprises an annular pulsating heat pipe condensation section, a plurality of U-shaped pulsating heat pipe evaporation sections and two middle sections, wherein each U-shaped pulsating heat pipe evaporation section is connected with the annular pulsating heat pipe condensation section through the two middle sections. At least one shunting pipeline communicated with the middle sections is arranged between the two middle sections at intervals; the heat extraction pipeline exchanges heat with the annular pulsating heat pipe condensation section of the heat dredging pulsating heat pipe; and the power generation module converts the heat energy obtained by the heat extraction pipeline into electric energy. According to the integrated device, high-temperature aerodynamic heat is converted into electric quantity while thermal protection is carried out on the aircraft, the requirement of the aircraft for an airborne battery power source is relieved, the carrying requirement of a cooling working medium is reduced, the energy utilization rate is increased, and the integrated device has important significance on the aircraft working for a long time in a severe thermal environment.
本发明公开了一种高速飞行器热疏导‑发电集成装置,包括:热疏导脉动热管,布置于高速飞行器头锥;热疏导脉动热管包括一环形脉动热管冷凝段、若干个U型脉动热管蒸发段及将每个U型脉动热管蒸发段与环形脉动热管冷凝段连接的两条中间段;在两条中间段之间间隔的设置有至少一条与中间段连通的分流管道;取热管路,与热疏导脉动热管的环形脉动热管冷凝段进行换热;发电模块,将取热管路获取的热能转换为电能。本发明集成装置对飞行器进行热防护的同时将高温气动热转化为电量,缓解了飞行器对机载电池电源的需求,减少了冷却工质的携带需求,提高了能量利用率,对于在严峻热环境中长时间工作的飞行器具有重要意义。
