The invention provides a new energy automobile charging pile fault diagnosis method and system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining charging behavior data of a to-be-detected new energy automobile charging pile to construct a feature matrix; when the new energy automobile charging pile breaks down, environment sensing data are collected, and a multi-modal feature matrix is constructed in combination with the abnormal feature vectors and the thermal distribution features; and constructing a fault classification model according to the dynamic fusion features, obtaining a predicted fault classification result of the new energy vehicle charging pile, recording the predicted fault classification result and a risk level for each risk assessment result, synchronizing a real-time response action to an equipment log, and dynamically updating the weight of the fault classification model and a risk assessment threshold for optimization. According to the method, deep fusion of dynamic behaviors and environment perception is realized, higher diagnosis precision, higher adaptability and more intelligent response capability are realized, and the method can be widely applied to the field of operation maintenance and safety guarantee of the new energy automobile charging pile.

    本发明提出一种新能源汽车充电桩故障诊断方法及系统,方法包括:获取待检测的新能源汽车充电桩的充电行为数据构建特征矩阵;当新能源汽车充电桩发生故障时,采集环境感知数据结合异常特征向量和热力分布特征构建多模态特征矩阵;根据动态融合特征构建故障分类模型,得到新能源汽车充电桩的预测故障分类结果,针对每次风险评估结果,记录预测故障分类结果和风险等级,并将实时响应动作同步到设备日志中,动态更新故障分类模型权重和风险评估阈值进行优化。本发明实现了动态行为与环境感知的深度融合,具备更高的诊断精度、更强的适应性和更智能的响应能力,可广泛应用于新能源汽车充电桩的运行维护与安全保障领域。
