A satellite health management system used in cooperation with digital twin comprises a health data acquisition subsystem, a fault diagnosis and disposal subsystem, an operation prediction and response subsystem, an efficiency analysis and optimization subsystem, a health state evaluation and maintenance subsystem and a comprehensive management subsystem. Historical data and real-time data are collected; the fault diagnosis and disposal subsystem performs fault diagnosis; the operation prediction and response subsystem carries out fault prediction; the efficiency analysis and optimization subsystem performs efficiency analysis; the health state evaluation and maintenance subsystem performs health state evaluation; and the comprehensive management subsystem is used for performing data management on the historical data and the real-time data of the health data acquisition subsystem. According to the invention, fault inversion and fault handling plan verification are carried out by using a digital twin technology, and the reliability, safety and maintenance efficiency of satellite in-orbit operation are improved.
