The invention provides a non-contact contact group for a switch machine, which realizes the non-wiring and non-contact effects in the switch machine, and comprises a static contact group, the static contact group comprises a signal acquisition piece installed in the switch machine, and a control unit and a wiring terminal which are installed in a magnetic shielding box outside the switch machine; the signal acquisition piece is connected with the control unit through a cable assembly so as to transmit a switching signal of the movable contact column to the control unit, and then the control unit connects or disconnects an electrical loop of the wiring terminal. The signal acquisition and control unit is physically isolated, particularly, wiring looseness caused by narrow installation space, high frequency and long-time vibration in a traditional switch machine is avoided, the wiring reliability is ensured, meanwhile, the defects existing in the switch machine due to looseness of a binding post and interference with other conductive parts are overcome, and the service life of the switch machine is prolonged. The working reliability is ensured, and the creepage or arc discharge phenomenon is avoided. The electromagnetic compatibility is good, the service life is long and the reliability is high.

    本发明提供了一种转辙机用无接触接点组,实现转辙机内无配线、无触点的作用,包括静接点组,静接点组包括安装在转辙机内的信号采集件和安装在转辙机外的磁屏蔽箱盒内的控制单元及接线端子;信号采集件通过线缆组件与控制单元连接,以将动接点柱的开关信号传输给控制单元,该控制单元继而接通或断开接线端子的电气回路。信号采集与控制单元进行了物理隔离,尤其是避免了传统的转辙机内安装存在的空间狭小、高频、长时长震动引起的接线松动,确保了接线的可靠性,同时克服了转辙机内部因接线柱松动及与其他导电件的干涉存在的缺陷,确保了工作可靠性,避免了爬电或拉弧现象。电磁兼容性能良好,高寿命,高可靠性。
