The invention discloses a method and a system for optimizing an optical storage and charging integrated charging station considering shared energy storage. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring related parameters and scene data of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station considering shared energy storage; taking the minimum annual investment cost and the minimum annual operation cost of the system as an objective function, considering energy storage capacity constraint and power constraint, establishing an upper-layer planning model, and solving to obtain the optimal energy storage capacity and power configuration of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station; taking the minimum typical daily operation cost as an objective function, considering power balance constraint, shared energy storage constraint and electric vehicle constraint, and establishing a lower-layer operation model; and establishing a double-layer optimization model of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station considering the shared energy storage, and solving the double-layer optimization model to obtain an optimal configuration and operation scheme of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station considering the shared energy storage. According to the method, renewable energy sources can be better integrated, the development of low-carbon economy is promoted, theoretical support is provided for flexible dispatching of a power system, and the stability and reliability of the power system can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种计及共享储能的光储充一体化充电站优化方法与系统,所述方法包括:获取计及共享储能的光储充一体化充电站的相关参数和场景数据;以系统年投资成本和年运行成本最低为目标函数,考虑储能容量约束和功率约束,建立上层规划模型,求解得光储充一体化充电站的储能最优容量和功率配置;以典型日运行成本最小为目标函数,考虑功率平衡约束、共享储能约束和电动汽车约束,建立下层运行模型;建立计及共享储能的光储充一体化充电站双层优化模型并求解,得到计及共享储能的光储充一体化充电站最优配置和运行方案。本发明能够更好地整合可再生能源,促进低碳经济的发展,为电力系统的灵活调度提供了理论支持,有助于提高电力系统的稳定性和可靠性。
