The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and discloses an anti-collision method and device for a vehicle, the vehicle and a storage medium, the method comprises the steps that a first TTC of the vehicle and control data of a user for the vehicle are acquired, and the first TTC is determined based on the ADS of the vehicle and the information of the environment where the vehicle is located; when the first TTC and the control data meet preset limiting conditions, the limiting coefficient is determined according to a second TTC, the action time for triggering the AEB and the time ore amount between the time when the torque limiting function is triggered and the moment of the AEB starts acting, and the second TTC is determined based on the speed information of the vehicle and the driving information of the vehicle; and controlling the vehicle to run according to the limiting coefficient and the original required torque corresponding to the accelerator pedal triggered by the user. According to the technical scheme, dangerous accidents caused by misoperation of a user can be avoided.

    本发明实施例涉及车辆技术领域,公开了一种车辆的防碰撞方法、装置、车辆及存储介质,该方法包括:获取车辆的第一TTC和用户对车辆的控制数据,第一TTC是基于车辆的ADS基于车辆所处的环境信息确定的;在第一TTC和控制数据满足预设的限制条件时,根据第二TTC、触发AEB的作用时间、以及触发限扭矩功能触发完成到AEB力矩开始作用时间之间的时间矿量,确定限制系数,第二TTC是基于车辆的速度信息和车辆的驱动信息确定的;根据限制系数和用户触发的油门踏板对应的原始需求扭矩,控制车辆运行。应用本发明的技术方案,能够避免用户的错误操作引发的危险事故。
