The heat conduction plate is located on the outer wall of the cooling box, and the liquid nitrogen cooling module is located on the outer side of the heat conduction plate. Through mutual cooperation of the liquid cooling module and the heat dissipation module, rapid cooling and heat dissipation of cooling water of the liquid cooling charging pile are achieved, so that the low-temperature state of the cooling liquid every time is guaranteed, and normal heat dissipation is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种液冷充电桩群高效散热冷却系统,涉及液冷充电桩技术领域,包括液冷模块、散热模块、温控模块,所述液冷模块包括液冷板、水泵、水箱、冷却箱,所述液冷板内部设置有冷却液循环管道,所述冷却液循环管道的输入端与水泵的输出端固定连接,所述冷却液循环管道的输出端与水箱的输入端固定连接,所述水泵的输入端与水箱的输出端固定连接,所述水箱底部与冷却箱固定连接,所述散热模块包括有液氮冷却模块、导热板,所述导热板位于冷却箱外壁,所述液氮冷却模块位于导热板的外侧。本发明通过液冷模块、散热模块之间的相互配合,从而实现液冷充电桩冷却水的快速冷却散热,从而保证每次冷却液的低温状态,实现保证散热的正常进行。
