The invention discloses a cage cable-based FAST cable-driven pulley high-altitude inspection and maintenance method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, controlling a feed source cabin to descend to a feed source cabin parking platform located at the center of a reflecting surface; s2, the position of a cable-driven pulley needing to be checked and maintained is determined, a cable crane is controlled to run in the circumferential direction of a ring beam, and a cage cable system is made to transversely move to the position of the cable-driven pulley needing to be maintained; s3, determining a lifting pulley platform at the center of the reflecting surface corresponding to the steel wire rope, and switching the lower anchoring end of the cableway to the lifting pulley platform; s4, the cableway hanging basket is controlled to ascend and descend or move to the accurate position of the tackle needing to be inspected and maintained along the cableway, maintenance operation is carried out, after tackle inspection and maintenance operation on one steel wire rope is completed, the cable crane is moved, the lifting pulley platform corresponding to the cable system anchor is replaced, the cableway is transversely moved to the position of the next steel wire rope, and maintenance is carried out. And the hanging basket is obliquely moved to the lower platform of the cable crane to be stopped.

    本发明公开了一种基于吊笼索的FAST索驱动滑车高空检查维护方法,包括以下步骤:S1.控制馈源舱降至位于反射面中心的馈源舱停靠平台上;S2.确定需要检查维护的索驱动滑车位置,控制缆索吊车沿圈梁环向运行,使得吊笼索系横向移动至需要维护的索驱动滑车位置处;S3.确定该钢丝绳所对应的反射面中心处的升降滑轮平台,将索道下锚固端切换至该升降滑轮平台;S4.控制索道吊篮上升下降、或沿索道移动至需要检查维护的滑车精确位置,开展维护作业,完成一根钢丝绳上的滑车检查修护作业后,再移动缆索吊车以及更换索系锚固对应的升降滑轮平台,将索道横向移动至下一根钢丝绳位置处,直至完成本次检修作业,并将吊篮斜向移动至缆索吊下平台上停靠。
