The invention provides a concentrated bearing light-weight vehicle body structure, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle body structures, the concentrated bearing light-weight vehicle body structure comprises a bottom frame made of a carbon steel material and a vehicle body made of a carbon fiber composite material, and the vehicle body comprises two sets of side walls, two sets of end walls and a vehicle roof which are modularly arranged; the bottoms of the side walls and the bottoms of the end walls are bent towards the interior of the vehicle body and abut against the bottom frame. Internal connecting pieces and external connecting pieces are arranged between the bottom frame and the bent parts of the side walls and between the bottom frame and the bent parts of the end walls; the tops of the side walls abut against the bottom of the roof. Mounting plates are arranged in the side walls and the roof; annular connecting beams are arranged between the end walls and the side walls and between the end walls and the roof. The internal connecting piece, the external connecting piece, the mounting plate and the annular connecting beam are fixed with corresponding modules of a vehicle body through threaded connecting pieces; adhesive layers are further arranged at the joints of all the modules of the vehicle body. According to the light-weight vehicle body structure with the centralized bearing function, the mass of the whole compartment can be effectively reduced, corrosion resistance is improved, and the welding amount is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种集中承载的轻量化车体结构,属于车体结构技术领域,包括碳钢材料制备的底架和碳纤维复合材料制备的车身,车身包括模块化设置的两组侧墙、两组端墙和车顶;侧墙的底部和端墙的底部均向车体内部弯折,并抵接在底架上;底架与侧墙的弯折部之间、底架与端墙的弯折部之间均设有内部连接件和外部连接件;侧墙顶部抵接在车顶底部;侧墙与车顶的内部设有安装板;端墙和侧墙、车顶之间均设有环形连接梁;内部连接件、外部连接件、安装板和环形连接梁均通过螺纹连接件与车身的对应模块固定;车身的各个模块的连接处还设有胶黏层。本发明提供的集中承载的轻量化车体结构可有效降低整个车厢质量,提高耐腐蚀性,减少焊接量。
