The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft design, and relates to a light airborne hydraulic actuator system and a control method.The system comprises an electric telescopic driver, a main hydraulic actuator, a plurality of undercarriage folding and unfolding actuators, a high-pressure air source, an emergency undercarriage unfolding switch and an emergency oil discharge switch; the output end of the electric telescopic driver is connected with the main hydraulic actuator to drive a piston pull rod in the main hydraulic actuator to move, the main hydraulic actuator is communicated with the undercarriage folding and unfolding actuators through pipelines, and piston pull rods of the undercarriage folding and unfolding actuators are connected with an aircraft undercarriage. An inner cavity, close to one side of the piston pull rod, of the undercarriage folding and unfolding actuator is communicated with the main hydraulic actuator through a pipeline and an emergency oil discharge switch arranged on the pipeline, and a high-pressure air source is communicated with the main hydraulic actuator through a pipeline and an emergency undercarriage unfolding switch arranged on the pipeline. The device has the characteristics of high reliability and high safety, and is suitable for light and small manned aircrafts.

    本发明属于飞机设计技术领域,涉及一种轻型机载液压作动器系统及控制方法,系统包括电动伸缩驱动器,主液压作动器,若干起落架收放作动器,高压气源,应急放起落架开关,应急排油开关,所述的电动伸缩驱动器输出端与主液压作动器连接,驱动主液压作动器内部活塞拉杆移动,主液压作动器通过管路与若干起落架收放作动器连通,起落架收放作动器的活塞拉杆与飞机起落架连接,起落架收放作动器靠近活塞拉杆一侧的内腔通过管路以及设置在该管路上的应急排油开关与主液压作动器连通,高压气源通过管路以及设置在该管路上的应急放起落架开关与主液压作动器连通,本发明电驱液压系统具有结构简单,可靠性高,安全性高的特点,适用轻小型有人驾驶飞行器。
