According to the invention, when the payload is catapulted, most parts of the transmission are not connected with the payload, the tether and the spool, so that the kinetic energy loss of the transmission mechanism to the payload catapulting is reduced to a greater extent. And due to the locking function of the ejection recovery mechanism, when the clutch mechanism is combined, the rotation of the motor can be stably and reliably transmitted. Meanwhile, due to the design of a movable pin on the clutch mechanism, when the payload is ejected and decelerated, reverse flying caused by excessive impact on the payload can be avoided. Through the design of the whole ejection and recovery mechanism, payload ejection and recovery can be completed by controlling a single motor, and the loss of kinetic energy of the payload caused by the torque of the transmission mechanism and the motor is reduced.
