The invention discloses a fabricated transformer substation steel column hoisting system and a hoisting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of steel column hoisting. Aiming at the specific requirement of hoisting the steel column of the assembled transformer substation, the existing hoisting system is generally low in adaptability, complicated in operation and high in cost. The system comprises a crane, a hoisting load-bearing rope, a center penetrating rod, a hoisting rope load-bearing rod, an automatic buckle falling device and a pull rope, through combination of the crane, the hoisting load-bearing rope, the center penetrating rod, the hoisting rope load-bearing rod, the automatic buckle falling device and the pull rope, after a steel column is hoisted in place and a prefabricated grounding lug and an insertion type prefabricated foot are connected and fixed, the automatic buckle falling device is pulled through the pull rope, and then the prefabricated grounding lug and the insertion type prefabricated foot are connected and fixed. And then the center penetrating rod is moved out of the hoisting penetrating hole of the steel column through a crane, so that the hoisting system is separated from the steel column. The hoisting operation of the steel column is conveniently realized, the automatic unhooking of the hoisting rope can be realized without manual high-altitude operation, and the safety and efficiency of construction are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种装配式变电站钢柱吊装系统及其吊装方法,涉及钢柱吊装技术领域。针对装配式变电站钢柱吊装的特定需求,现有的吊装系统往往适应性不强、操作复杂、成本高昂。本系统包括吊车、吊装承重绳、穿心杆、吊绳承重杆、自动落扣装置和拉绳,通过吊车、吊装承重绳、穿心杆、吊绳承重杆、自动落扣装置和拉绳的组合,在钢柱吊装到位,将预制接地耳朵和插入式预制脚连接固定后,通过拉绳拉动自动落扣装置,然后通过吊车把穿心杆移出钢柱的吊装穿孔,实现吊装系统与钢柱的脱离。方便地实现了钢柱的吊装作业,无需人工高空作业即可实现吊装绳的自动脱钩,大大提高了施工的安全性和效率。
