The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering installation, and particularly relates to a prefabricated concrete bridge deck slab lifting tool. A plurality of lifting points are arranged on the top surface of a lifting frame, and each lifting point is connected with a lifting steel wire rope; the hanger assemblies are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the hanger; according to the lifting appliance assembly, a lifting appliance cross beam is fixedly connected with the bottom face of the lifting frame, and large connecting lug plates are arranged on the bottom faces of the two ends of the lifting appliance cross beam; the two pull rods correspond to the two large connecting lug plates in position respectively, and the upper ends of the pull rods are hinged to the large connecting lug plates. The two clamps respectively correspond to the two pull rods in position, and the upper ends of the clamps are hinged to the lower ends of the pull rods; the clamp connecting rod is positioned below the lifting appliance cross beam; the middle parts of the two clamps are respectively hinged with the two ends of the clamp connecting rod; and the upper hinge point of the pull rod is outside the lower hinge point. The lifting point structure is used for solving the technical problems that demolding is difficult due to the fact that an existing lifting point structure of the prefabricated concrete bridge deck needs an embedded part, and construction efficiency is low and potential safety hazards exist due to the fact that an existing lifting tool is inconvenient to mount and dismount.

    本发明属于桥梁工程安装技术领域,具体涉及一种预制混凝土桥面板吊具。本发明的包括:吊架顶面设有若干个吊点,每个吊点均连接有吊装钢丝绳;吊具组件均布在吊架底面;吊具组件包括:吊具横梁与吊架底面固定连接,吊具横梁的两端底面均设有大连接耳板;两个拉杆分别与两个大连接耳板位置对应,拉杆的上端与大连接耳板铰接;两个夹钳分别与两个拉杆位置对应,夹钳上端与拉杆下端铰接;夹钳连杆位于吊具横梁的下方,两个夹钳的中部分别与夹钳连杆的两端铰接;拉杆的上铰接点在下铰接点的外侧。本发明用于解决现有预制混凝土桥面板的吊点结构需要预埋件、导致脱模困难,以及现有吊具安装拆卸不方便,导致施工效率低下,且有安全隐患的技术问题。
