The invention provides an insulator pollution grade evaluation method based on multispectral analysis, and relates to the technical field of data analysis, and the insulator pollution grade evaluation process comprises the steps of precise alignment of a camera carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle body, multispectral camera image collection, image processing and image evaluation. The unmanned aerial vehicle body master control comprises a flight path control system, a flight attitude control system and an automatic navigation positioning calculation system, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for carrying a multispectral camera, the multispectral camera is installed in the center of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and meanwhile a temperature detection probe and a time degree detection probe are installed on the two sides of the unmanned aerial vehicle respectively. The unmanned aerial vehicle can acquire the height image of the insulator in advance, then the unmanned aerial vehicle calculates the vertical horizontal difference from the unmanned aerial vehicle to the insulator through the automatic navigation positioning calculation system, and the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to the periphery of the insulator after accurately acquiring the position information of the insulator, so that manual information acquisition is replaced.

    本发明提供基于多光谱分析的绝缘子污秽等级评估方法,涉及数据分析技术领域,绝缘子污秽等级评估流程包含有无人机机体搭载相机精准对位、多光谱相机图像采集、图像处理和图像评估,无人机机体主控包含有飞行轨迹控制系统、飞行姿态控制系统以及自动导航定位计算系统,利用无人机搭载多光谱相机,多光谱相机安装在无人机的正中位置,同时在无人机的两侧分别安装上温度检测探头和时度检测探头,无人机会提前获取绝缘子的高度图像,然后无人机通过自动导航定位计算系统计算出自身到绝缘子的竖直水平差,在精准获取绝缘子位置信息后,会飞行至绝缘子周边,代替人工信息采集。
