The invention discloses an energy fine management method and device for an optical storage and charging integrated power station. The method comprises the following steps: determining the charging power difference between the power generation power of new energy of the power station and the power required by charging of an electric device; establishing a relation function between the unit electricity price and the charging power difference of the power station, and representing the charging power difference through the unit electricity price; the unit electricity price is used as an input variable of the fuzzy logic controller, and the output current of the energy storage battery is used as an output variable of the fuzzy logic controller; and the magnitude and the flow direction of the output current of the energy storage battery are controlled by using the output result of the fuzzy logic controller. By adopting the scheme, the expected charging and discharging state of the battery is controlled, the service life of the battery is prolonged, the transmission power between the power station and the power grid is stable, no large instantaneous fluctuation exists, stable control over the light storage and charging integrated power station is achieved, meanwhile, the dependence of the power station on the external power grid is reduced, and the economic benefits of power consumers are improved.
本发明公开了一种光储充一体化电站能量精细化管理方法、装置,所述方法包括:确定电站新能源的发电功率与电动装置的充电所需功率之间的充电功率差异;建立电站的单位电价和充电功率差异之间的关系函数,通过单位电价表征充电功率差异;将单位电价作为模糊逻辑控制器的输入变量,将储能电池的输出电流作为模糊逻辑控制器的输出变量;利用模糊逻辑控制器的输出结果控制储能电池的输出电流的大小和流向。采用上述方案,通过控制电池期望的充放电状态,延长了电池寿命,使得电站和电网之间的传输功率较为稳定,没有较大的瞬时起伏,实现光储充一体化电站稳定控制,同时减小电站对外部电网的依赖,提高电力用户的经济效益。
