The invention discloses a large steel box girder overturning and welding method which comprises a pair of movable type rotating suspension arms, each movable type rotating suspension arm comprises a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate, the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are hinged, the rotating range of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate is 0-90 degrees, and the other end of the first supporting plate and the other end of the second supporting plate are connected with a first steel wire rope and a second steel wire rope respectively. The section of the large-scale steel box girder is in a box shape, and the welding method comprises the following steps that (1) a pair of adjustable rotating suspension arms are arranged at the two ends of the large-scale steel box girder correspondingly, and two abutted seams on the upper side of the large-scale steel box girder are subjected to flat welding; (2) the second steel wire rope moves upwards to drive the large steel box girder to complete anticlockwise 90-degree overturning; (3) manually adjusting the adjustable rotary suspension arm, and enabling the adjustable rotary suspension arm to clockwise rotate by 90 degrees; and (4) the second steel wire rope moves upwards to drive the large steel box girder to turn over by 180 degrees relative to the step (1), and the other two abutted seams of the large steel box girder are subjected to flat welding. The large steel box girder overturning and welding method is convenient, efficient, time-saving, labor-saving and high in safety.
本发明公开了一种大型钢箱梁翻转焊接方法,包括一对活络式旋转吊臂,活络式旋转吊臂包括第一托板和第二托板,第一托板和第二托板铰接且转动范围为0~90°,第一托板、第二托板的另一端分别连接有第一钢丝绳和第二钢丝绳,大型钢箱梁断面呈箱型,焊接方法包括以下步骤:(1)将一对活络式旋转吊臂分别设置在大型钢箱梁两端,对大型钢箱梁上侧两条拼缝进行平焊;(2)第二钢丝绳向上移动,带动大型钢箱梁完成逆时针90°翻转;(3)人工调整活络式旋转吊臂,使其顺时针旋转90°;(4)第二钢丝绳向上移动,带动大型钢箱梁相对步骤(1)完成180°翻转,对大型钢箱梁另外两条拼缝进行平焊。本大型钢箱梁翻转焊接方法,方便高效、省时省力、安全性高。
