The invention discloses a charging pile capable of automatically distributing charging modules, a charging pile group and a distribution method. The charging pile comprises a plurality of charging module slots; the charging module slots are divided into multiple layers according to the number of the charging guns, a charging module inlet and a charging module outlet are formed in the side face of the charging pile, and the charging module inlet, the charging module outlet and each charging module slot are communicated through a horizontal track and a vertical lifting track. A rail robot is arranged on the horizontal rail and the vertical lifting rail; and the charging module slot position and the track robot are connected with a charging module calling monitoring board. The mobile distribution of the charging module is realized, and different power requirements of the charging gun are met.
