The invention relates to a satellite load non-contact supporting outer rotor rotating joint structure which comprises a stator, a rotor, a rotating motor, a magnetic suspension bearing set, a sensor set and a self-unlocking type locking device. The rotor sleeves the outer side of the stator at intervals, the rotating motor, the magnetic suspension bearing set and the sensor set are arranged between the rotor and the stator, and the rotor is arranged outside so that a rotating joint control circuit can be arranged in a load cabin, and therefore all assembly wires of the rotating joint can be directly connected to the corresponding control circuit and driving circuit through the periphery of the rotating joint. The problem that a central shaft inner hole wiring mode is difficult to achieve due to too many lines is solved, and high-precision pointing and stable control over the rotary joint rotor system can be conducted through load cabin attitude information. The magnetic suspension bearing set can achieve five-degree-of-freedom magnetic suspension non-contact supporting, and a precise supporting function is provided for loads. The self-unlocking type locking device is used for connecting and locking the stator and the rotor, and can release the fixation between the stator and the rotor when unlocking is needed.
本发明涉及卫星载荷无接触支承外转子旋转关节结构,包括定子、转子、旋转电机、磁悬浮轴承组、传感器组和自解锁式锁紧装置。转子间隔套设在定子的外侧,旋转电机、磁悬浮轴承组和传感器组设置在转子和定子之间,转子在外能够将旋转关节控制线路置于载荷舱,以便旋转关节各组件导线可以直接通过旋转关节外围连接至相应的控制线路、驱动线路,避免因线路过多导致通过中心轴内孔走线方式实现困难的问题,并且能够利用载荷舱姿态信息进行旋转关节转子系统的高精度指向和稳定控制。磁悬浮轴承组能够实现五自由度磁悬浮无接触支承,为载荷提供精密支承功能。自解锁式锁紧装置用于连接并锁定定子和转子,且在需要解锁时能够解除定子和转子之间的固定。
