The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic mechanical equipment, in particular to a gate hoisting system and a using method thereof.The hoisting system comprises a grabbing beam and a gate lifting lug, and the grabbing beam comprises a grabbing beam body, an unhooking pin assembly and a hook assembly; the hook assembly comprises a hook body and a hook, the gate lifting lug comprises a gate lifting lug body, an upper guide part and a lower guide part, and a lifting lug hole is formed in the gate lifting lug body; the upper guide part comprises an upper guide inclined surface; the upper guide inclined surface is connected with the inner wall of the gate lifting lug body; the lower guide part comprises a supporting piece and a lower guide slope, the supporting piece is located on the inner side of the gate lifting lug body, one end of the lower guide slope is connected with the supporting piece, and the other end is inserted into the lifting lug hole; and in the downward moving process of the hook, the hook is in contact fit with the upper guide inclined surface or the lower guide inclined surface to drive the hook to rotate in the direction away from the lifting lug hole. By means of the hoisting system and the using method thereof, the problem that positioning and guiding cannot be achieved in the hooking and unhooking process can be effectively solved.

    本发明涉及水工机械设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种闸门吊装系统及其使用方法,吊装系统包括抓梁和闸门吊耳,抓梁包括抓梁本体、脱钩销子组件以及挂钩组件;挂钩组件包括挂钩本体和挂钩,闸门吊耳包括闸门吊耳本体、上导向部以及下导向部,闸门吊耳本体上设有吊耳孔;上导向部包括上导向斜面,上导向斜面与闸门吊耳本体的内壁相连;下导向部包括支撑件以及下导向斜面,支撑件位于闸门吊耳本体内侧,下导向斜面一端与支撑件相连,另一端插入吊耳孔内;挂钩向下移动的过程中,挂钩与上导向斜面或下导向斜面接触配合,带动挂钩呈朝向远离吊耳孔的方向旋转。通过本吊装系统及其使用方法,能有效解决挂脱钩过程无法实现定位和导向的问题。
