The invention discloses a device and a method for lowering and pressurizing a tailing paste filling pipe. The device comprises a clamp which is clamped and fixed with the filling pipe, a clamp pulling plate which is overlapped on the clamp, a bearing plate which is fixedly connected with the positioning steel sleeve, a movable pulling plate which is assembled with the positioning steel sleeve in a sliding and sleeving manner, a jack which is arranged between the movable pulling plate and the bearing plate, and a pulling rod assembly which is used for connecting the clamp pulling plate and the movable pulling plate. By means of the device and method, the filling pipe can be smoothly inserted into the positioning steel sleeve at the bottom, and the installation efficiency of the filling pipe is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种尾矿膏体充填管下放加压装置及方法,该装置包括与充填管夹持固定的夹具、叠置在夹具上的夹具拉板、与定位钢套管固定连接的承压板、与定位钢套管滑动套接装配的活动拉板、设置在活动拉板与承压板之间的千斤顶以及用于连接夹具拉板与活动拉板的拉杆组件。采用本申请的装置和方法,能够使充填管顺利插入底部的定位钢套管,有效提高了充填管的安装效率。
