The invention relates to the technical field of fan quality evaluation, in particular to a vehicle-mounted fan state evaluation method based on multi-information fusion, and the evaluation method comprises a quality detection step which comprises the following steps: collecting thermotechnical data, image information, three-phase current, vibration speed, sound and vibration acceleration of a vehicle-mounted fan; calculating the fan power according to the thermotechnical data; extracting blade turning information according to the image information; current unbalance is extracted according to the three-phase current; calculating an RMS value according to the vibration speed; calculating sensitive characteristics according to the sound and vibration acceleration; and judging whether the vehicle-mounted fan is qualified or not based on the fan power, the blade steering information, the current unbalance amount, the RMS value and the sensitive characteristics, comprehensively realizing the quality evaluation of the factory product by combining the industry standard and the machine learning method aiming at the obtained multiple physical quantity signals of the factory vehicle-mounted fan, and further performing grade evaluation. And finally, fault identification is realized based on an evaluation result, and the accuracy and the practicability are high.

    本发明涉及风机质量评估技术领域,具体涉及一种基于多信息融合的车载风机状态评估方法,本发明评估方法包括质量检测步骤,该质量检测步骤包括:采集车载风机的热工数据、图像信息、三相电流、振动速度、声音及振动加速度;根据热工数据计算风机功率;根据图像信息进行叶片转向信息提取;根据三相电流提取电流不平衡量;根据振动速度计算RMS值;根据声音与振动加速度计算敏感特征;基于风机功率、叶片转向信息、电流不平衡量、RMS值及敏感特征判断车载风机是否合格,本发明针对获取的出厂的车载风机多物理量信号,结合行业标准和机器学习方法综合实现出厂产品质量的评估,并进一步进行等级评估,最后基于评估结果实现故障识别,精准度高且实用性强。
