According to the invention, the method can accurately recognize the key participant which has the greatest influence on the traffic flow, carries out the deep feature mining of the main body moving state track data of the key participant, can find potential traffic accident risk points in advance, remarkably improves the early warning capability of an intelligent traffic system, and facilitates the reduction of traffic accidents. Based on the dynamic traffic flow data and the analysis result of the key participants, traffic resources are allocated more scientifically and reasonably, a traffic signal control strategy is optimized, the road passing efficiency is improved, traffic congestion is reduced, and the efficiency and effect of urban traffic management are enhanced.
