The embodiment of the invention provides a virtual lane generation method, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the feature data of two lanes, and enabling the two lanes to have a connection relation; a thermodynamic diagram prediction model is obtained, the thermodynamic diagram prediction model is a trained first machine learning model, and the thermodynamic diagram prediction model is obtained by training the first machine learning model based on historical driving data; on the basis of the feature data, estimated thermodynamic diagrams corresponding to the two lanes are obtained through a thermodynamic diagram prediction model, and the estimated thermodynamic diagrams represent estimated vehicle track distribution passing between the two lanes; and determining a virtual lane between the two lanes based on the estimated thermodynamic diagram, the virtual lane for guiding the vehicle from one of the two lanes to the other.
