An arc wing guide swing mechanism is arranged at the center of the upper end of the empennage plate body, a trapping screen wing mechanism is arranged on one side of the tail end of the empennage plate body, plate wings and an electric telescopic rod are matched with each other, and the stress area of the empennage can be increased by improving the sailing performance and expanding the wingspan; therefore, larger lift force is generated under the condition of the same wind speed or water flow.
