The invention relates to a four-way mixing chamber for a radiation convection coupling aerodynamic heat test, which comprises an airflow cavity and a radiation cavity, and is characterized in that the airflow cavity comprises a small-end flange, a four-way inner shell, a four-way outer shell, an upstream flange, a large-end flange and a first air inlet ring; the four-way outer shell wraps the outer side of the four-way inner shell. The small-end flange is installed on one side of the small end of the four-way inner shell, the upstream flanges are installed on the two sides of the four-way inner shell, the large-end flange is installed on one side of the large end of the four-way inner shell, and the first air inlet ring is installed on the inner side of the large-end flange. The radiation cavity comprises a communicating flange, a radiation cavity inner shell, a radiation cavity outer shell, a radiation flange and a second air inlet ring, the radiation cavity outer shell wraps the radiation cavity inner shell, the communicating flange is installed at the large end of the radiation cavity inner shell, the radiation flange is installed at the small end of the radiation cavity inner shell, and the second air inlet ring is installed on the inner side of the radiation flange. When in use, the airflow cavity and the radiation cavity are connected together, and high-pressure cooling water and high-pressure cold air are respectively introduced into the airflow cavity and the radiation cavity. The device is mainly used for integration of a convection heat source and a radiation heat source and modulation of a convection heat source flow field in a radiation and convection coupling aerodynamic heat ground simulation test.

    本发明涉及一种辐射对流耦合气动热试验用四通混合室,包括气流腔和辐射腔,其中气流腔包括小端法兰、四通内壳、四通外壳、上游法兰、大端法兰和第一进气环。四通外壳包裹在四通内壳的外侧。小端法兰安装在四通内壳的小端一侧,上游法兰安装在四通内壳两侧,大端法兰安装在四通内壳的大端一侧,第一进气环安装在大端法兰的内侧。辐射腔包括连通法兰、辐射腔内壳、辐射腔外壳、辐射法兰和第二进气环,辐射腔外壳包裹在辐射腔内壳的外侧,连通法兰安装在辐射腔内壳大端,辐射法兰安装在小端,第二进气环安装在辐射法兰的内侧。使用时,将气流腔和辐射腔连接在一起,并向内分别通入高压冷却水和高压冷气。本发明主要用于辐射对流耦合气动热地面模拟试验中对流热源和辐射热源的集成及对流热源流场的调变。
