The invention discloses a pressure reducing device for hoisting a standard knot in a pneumatic system, which relates to the technical field of pneumatic control systems, and comprises a pneumatic unit fixedly connected with one side of a support frame in the vertical direction, and a piston rod; the pressure reduction unit comprises a conduction groove of which one side is fixedly connected with one side of the supporting frame, a flexible connection assembly which is in sliding connection with the conduction groove, and a pressure reduction block which is fixedly connected with one end of the flexible connection assembly; and the hoisting unit is fixedly connected with one end of the piston rod in the pneumatic unit and one end of the flexible connecting assembly at the same time. The lifting device has the beneficial effects that the pneumatic unit drives the piston rod to drive the lifting unit to ascend and descend, meanwhile, the pressure reducing block connected through the flexible connecting assembly can provide auxiliary pulling force in the lifting process of the lifting unit, the load of the pneumatic unit is relieved, the working pressure of an air cylinder is reduced, and the service life of equipment is prolonged; and the stability and the safety in the operation process are also improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于气动系统起吊标准节的减压装置,涉及气动控制系统技术领域,包括在垂直方向上与支撑架一侧固定连接的气动单元,包括活塞杆;减压单元,包括一侧与支撑架一侧固定连接的导通槽、与导通槽滑动连接的柔性连接组件,以及与柔性连接组件一端固定连接的减压块;以及,起吊单元,起吊单元同时与气动单元中活塞杆一端和柔性连接组件一端固定连接。本发明的有益效果为通过气动单元驱动活塞杆带动起吊单元升降,同时通过柔性连接组件连接的减压块,在起吊单元提升过程中能够提供辅助拉力,减轻气动单元的负载,不仅降低了气缸的工作压力,延长了设备使用寿命,还提高了操作过程中的平稳性和安全性。
