The invention relates to the field of traffic control, and discloses a modular servo structure for control surface and attitude control, the modular servo structure comprises a servo motor, a modular controller and a protection mechanism, the front end of the servo motor is provided with an end plate, the output end of the servo motor is provided with an output shaft penetrating through the end plate, the upper surface of the servo motor is provided with a mounting plane, and the mounting plane is provided with a mounting hole; sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the mounting plane, a mounting base is arranged on the rear side of the upper surface of the mounting plane, fixing cylinders are symmetrically arranged at the top of the mounting base, power plugs are arranged at the ends of positive and negative power lines above the rear side of the servo motor, and the two power plugs penetrate through the two fixing cylinders correspondingly; a locking bolt used for fixing a power plug is screwed to the top of the fixing cylinder, and after the modular controller and the servo motor are installed in place, the power supply butt joint hole in the rear end can be directly in butt joint with the power plug, so that automatic butt joint work of a circuit is achieved, installation in a narrow space is facilitated, and space is saved.

    本发明涉及交通控制领域,公开了一种用于舵面及姿态控制的模块化伺服结构,包括伺服电机、模块化控制器和防护机构,所述伺服电机前端设置有端板,所述伺服电机输出端设置有贯穿端板的输出轴,所述伺服电机上表面设置有安装平面,所述安装平面上表面对称开设有滑槽,所述安装平面上表面后侧设置有安装座,所述安装座顶部对称设置有固定筒,所述伺服电机后侧上方的正负极电源线端部均设置有电源插头,两个所述电源插头分别贯穿两个所述固定筒,所述固定筒顶部旋合有用于固定电源插头的锁紧螺栓,在模块化控制器与伺服电机安装到位后,后端的电源对接孔可直接与电源插头对接,以实现电路的自动对接工作,方便在狭小空间内进行安装,以节省空间。
