The invention relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a high-wind-resistance multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a vehicle body and vehicle arm supports arrayed on the side face of the vehicle body, a first motor is arranged at the tail end of each vehicle arm support, a propeller part is installed on an output shaft of each first motor, and the propeller parts are driven by steering engines to change the inclination angle; when the unmanned aerial vehicle encounters strong crosswind, the resistance of the unmanned aerial vehicle to the crosswind is improved by changing the rotation angles of the corresponding propellers and the propeller parts, so that the stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle encountering the strong crosswind in the flying process is improved, the thrust vector direction is changed, and the compensation force opposite to the wind pressure direction is generated. According to the dynamic adjustment mechanism, the unmanned aerial vehicle can keep the flight path stable under the strong crosswind condition, and the problem of flight path deviation caused by the fixed thrust direction of a traditional unmanned aerial vehicle is effectively avoided.
