The electronic expansion valve control method comprises the steps that the actual temperature and the actual pressure of a refrigerant at an outlet of a condenser in the simulation system are obtained; corresponding saturation pressure is obtained based on the actual temperature, and the pressure difference between the saturation pressure and the actual pressure is calculated; and in response to the fact that the absolute value of the difference value between the pressure difference and the target pressure difference is larger than a preset value, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted. According to the invention, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be adjusted efficiently and accurately, so that the simulation system operates efficiently.
