The invention belongs to the field of aerodynamic design specialty and operation stability specialty design, and particularly relates to a statically unstable aircraft stall attack angle determination method and system.The method comprises the steps that the downward depression angle acceleration of a current aircraft is obtained, the pitching moment coefficient requirement is calculated through the downward depression angle acceleration, and the control surface skewness meeting the downward depression capacity requirement is obtained; the rolling steering effect of the control surface is obtained, and the skewness of the control surface meeting the rolling capacity requirement is obtained; and subtracting the control surface skewness meeting the pitching capability requirement and the control surface skewness meeting the rolling capability requirement from the maximum skewness of the control surface of the aircraft to obtain the longitudinal control efficiency corresponding to the remaining control surface skewness, and taking the longitudinal control efficiency as the balance stall attack angle. The method for determining the stall attack angle of the statically unstable airplane based on the balancing, pitching and rolling capacities of the airplane is provided, the stall attack angle of the airplane can be reasonably and effectively determined, and therefore input is provided for formulating the stall speed, the take-off and landing configuration characteristic speed, the stall envelope and the like of the airplane.
