The invention discloses a composite dimming diaphragm, dimming glass and a preparation system. The preparation system of the composite dimming diaphragm comprises a cutting mechanism, a grasping mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a vacuum compounding mechanism, the cutting mechanism is used for cutting the prepared material to obtain a first diaphragm, a second diaphragm and a dimming diaphragm; the grasping mechanism is used for positioning and grasping the first diaphragm, the second diaphragm and the dimming diaphragm to the conveying mechanism; on the conveying mechanism, the first membrane, the dimming membrane and the second membrane are sequentially stacked and pre-compounded to obtain a pre-compounded membrane, and the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the pre-compounded membrane to the vacuum sheet combining mechanism; the vacuum compounding mechanism is used for heating and pressurizing the pre-compounded membranes so as to complete vacuum compounding and obtain the composite dimming membranes, the preparation system can complete laying of all the membranes on the plane, at the moment, the relative position precision of all the membranes is easier to guarantee, positioning operation is simpler and more accurate, the accuracy rate is higher, and the production efficiency is improved. The production and preparation difficulty can be effectively simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
