The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and discloses a pure electric commercial vehicle rotary transformer fault processing method based on an LO observer and arc tangent, and the method comprises the following steps: monitoring the driving state of a vehicle, and controlling the vehicle to be switched to a non-inductive control mode when the driving state meets a preset condition; the preset conditions include that an MCU of the vehicle detects a fault signal from a rotary transformer, a high-voltage system of the vehicle is in a read state, and a rotating speed switching condition is met; setting a flag bit corresponding to the fault signal in the MCU, and uploading the flag bit to an instrument of the vehicle; motor operation parameters of the vehicle at the moment before the fault signal appears are collected as reference parameters, the function of the rotary transformer is taken over based on an LO observer algorithm, and the LO observer algorithm outputs a control signal needed by the MCU based on the reference parameters. According to the method, safe and highly-targeted rotary transformer fault processing can be realized, additional cost is not increased, and the economical efficiency is good.

    本发明涉及新能源车辆技术领域,公开了一种基于LO观测器与反正切的纯电动商用车旋变故障处理方法,包括以下步骤:监测车辆的行驶状态,当行驶状态满足预设条件时,控制车辆切换至无感控制模式;所述预设条件包括车辆的MCU检测到来自旋转变压器的故障信号,且车辆的高压系统处于ready状态,且满足转速切换条件;在MCU内设置与故障信号对应的标志位,并上传至车辆的仪表;采集在故障信号出现的前一时刻时车辆的电机运行参数作为参考参数,并基于LO观测器算法接管旋转变压器的功能,LO观测器算法基于参考参数输出MCU所需的控制信号。本发明能够实现安全且针对性强的旋变故障处理,且不增加额外成本,经济性良好。
