The invention discloses a light low-impact satellite-rocket separation device for a pico-satellite and a nano-satellite. The light low-impact satellite-rocket separation device comprises a locking seat module, an unlocking function module and a separation power module, the locking seat module comprises a carrying end separation base, a satellite end separation base, a measurement socket base and the like; the unlocking function module comprises an explosive bolt, an explosive bolt protection cover and the like; the separation power module comprises a separation push rod, a separation push rod sleeve, a separation spring and the like. The carrying end separation base is connected with a rocket, the satellite end separation base is connected with a satellite, the carrying end separation base and the satellite end separation base are connected through explosive bolts or process bolts, the process bolts are only started during transportation, and launching is conducted only through the explosive bolts; at the beginning of separation, the explosive bolt is started by a circuit, and the explosive bolt protection cover is used for relieving explosion impact and collecting the cut-off part of the explosive bolt; the separation spring is mounted between the separation push rod and the separation push rod sleeve; and after the explosive bolt is detonated, the separation spring drives the separation push rod to realize satellite-rocket separation.

    本发明公开了一种皮纳卫星轻型低冲击星箭分离装置,包括锁紧座模块、解锁功能模块、分离动力模块;紧锁座模块包括运载端分离底座、卫星端分离底座、测量插座底座等;解锁功能模块包括爆炸螺栓、爆炸螺栓保护罩等;分离动力模块包括分离推杆、分离推杆套筒、分离弹簧等。运载端分离底座与火箭连接,卫星端分离底座与卫星连接,运载端分离底座与卫星端分离底座通过爆炸螺栓或工艺螺栓进行连接,工艺螺栓仅在运输时启用,发射仅使用爆炸螺栓进行连接;分离开始时由电路启动爆炸螺栓,爆炸螺栓保护罩用于减缓爆炸冲击与收集爆炸螺栓切断部分;分离弹簧安装在分离推杆与分离推杆套筒之间,爆炸螺栓起爆后由分离弹簧驱动分离推杆实现星箭分离。
