The invention relates to a lifting device, in particular to a prefabricated external wall panel auxiliary lifting device which comprises a lifting hook shell and a pulley block rotationally installed on the lifting hook shell, and a steel cable connected with a crane bypasses the pulley block. The bearing steel is provided with a limiting hoisting unit, and the bearing steel is further fixedly provided with a supporting column; the supporting column is connected and mounted on a driving piece of the lifting hook shell; and the two groups of one-way transmission parts are connected with the pulley block and the driving part. Through the reasonably-designed structural combination and connection relation of the auxiliary lifting device, after the prefabricated external wall panel is lifted, linkage adjustment can be conducted through winding and unwinding of a steel cable of a crane, the suspension angle of the prefabricated external wall panel in a suspended state is controlled, and therefore when the prefabricated external wall panel is assembled, the suspension angle of the prefabricated external wall panel in the suspended state can be controlled. The hanging angle of the prefabricated external wall panel in the suspended state hoisted by the multiple steel cables can be conveniently adjusted to the needed angle, and the assembling precision is improved.
本发明涉及一种起吊装置,具体是预制外墙板辅助起吊装置,包括:吊钩壳及转动安装在所述吊钩壳上的滑轮组,连接吊机的钢索绕过所述滑轮组;承重钢,所述承重钢上安装有限位吊装单元,所述承重钢上还固定有支撑柱;所述支撑柱连接安装在所述吊钩壳的驱动件上;还包括连接所述滑轮组及驱动件的两组单向传动件。通过合理设计的辅助起吊装置的结构组合及连接关系,能够在对预制外墙板起吊后,通过吊机的钢索收放,进行联动调节,对悬空状态下的预制外墙板的悬吊角度进行控制,从而能够在预制外墙板配装时,使得多根钢索起吊的悬空状态下的预制外墙板的悬吊角度能够便捷调节,便捷的调节到需要的角度,提高配装精度。
