The embodiment of the invention provides a container stacking control method and device and a yard crane, and relates to the field of port container crane remote control systems. The method comprises the steps that the actual height difference between a container carried by a lifting appliance and a target container is obtained; when the actual height difference reaches a preset numerical value, target point cloud data are obtained through a radar installed on the lifting appliance; according to the actual height difference and the target point cloud data, horizontal position information of a container carried by the lifting appliance and horizontal position information of a target container are determined; according to the horizontal position information of the container carried by the lifting appliance and the horizontal position information of the target container, the horizontal distance between the container carried by the lifting appliance and the target container is determined; and controlling the lifting appliance to move the container carried by the lifting appliance according to the horizontal distance. The method is used for more accurately calculating the horizontal distance between the two containers in an extremely small range so as to achieve the effect of accurately stacking the containers.

    本申请实施例提供一种集装箱堆叠控制方法、装置及场桥,涉及港口集装箱起重机远程操控系统领域。该方法包括:获取吊具所带集装箱和目标集装箱之间的实际高度差;当实际高度差达到预设数值时,通过安装于吊具上的雷达,获取目标点云数据;根据实际高度差和目标点云数据,确定吊具所带集装箱的水平位置信息和目标集装箱的水平位置信息;根据吊具所带集装箱的水平位置信息和目标集装箱的水平位置信息,确定吊具所带集装箱与目标集装箱之间的水平距离;根据水平距离,控制吊具移动吊具所带集装箱。该方法用以达到更精确地计算出极小范围内的两集装箱之间的水平距离,以实现集装箱的精准堆叠的效果。
