The invention provides a fire building deformation monitoring method and system based on an air-ground remote sensing network. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining radar images through a foundation deformation monitoring radar A, an unmanned aerial vehicle deformation monitoring radar B and an unmanned aerial vehicle deformation monitoring radar C; geocoding is carried out on remote sensing images acquired by all radars, and image coordinates of a building structure target in a radar slant range-azimuth polar coordinate system are mapped to local space three-dimensional coordinates; and iteratively resolving the three-dimensional deformation component and the deformation speed of the target according to radar distributed networking monitoring. According to the invention, high-precision monitoring can be carried out on three-dimensional deformation of a building structure target in a fire emergency rescue scene.

    本发明提供一种基于空‑地遥感组网的受火建筑变形监测方法及系统,包括:通过地基形变监测雷达A、无人机形变监测雷达B和无人机形变监测雷达C获取雷达图像;对各雷达获取的遥感图像进行地理编码,将建筑结构目标在雷达斜距‑方位向极坐标系下的图像坐标映射至局部空间三维坐标;依据雷达分布式组网监测迭代解算目标三维变形分量及变形速度。本发明能够对火灾应急救援场景下的建筑结构目标三维变形进行高精度监测。
