Comprising a detection loop and a signal processing loop, a first divider resistor and a control switch are connected in series in the detection loop, and the control switch is used for connecting a null line and a live line of the AC output port in the detection loop in series when the AC output port is not charged; the signal processing loop is connected with a voltage detection point in the detection loop and is used for outputting a signal for judging whether the zero line and the live wire are short-circuited or not according to potential change of the voltage detection point caused by impedance between the zero line and the live wire, so that short-circuit detection between the zero line and the live wire of the charging pile can be still realized when equipment is idle, and the safety is higher; and the accuracy is better.
