The invention relates to a method and a device for actively avoiding stick-slip vibration of a brake based on braking torque distribution, and compared with traditional passive methods such as structure matching, friction material selection and surface treatment, the method is an active suppression method. By adjusting the regenerative braking torque and the friction braking torque of the hybrid braking system, active avoidance of stick-slip vibration of the brake can be achieved, the method has good adaptability to changes of the working environment, the mechanical structure of the hybrid braking system does not need to be transformed, only the algorithm is improved, and therefore extra hardware cost is not increased, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. And a good stick-slip vibration active suppression effect can be obtained by regularly training and updating the neural network model.

    本发明涉及一种基于制动力矩分配的制动器黏滑振动主动规避方法及装置,相比于传统的结构匹配、摩擦材料选择和表面处理等被动方法,本发明为主动抑制方法,在获取黏滑振动边界的基础上,通过调整混合制动系统再生制动力矩和摩擦制动力矩,可实现制动器黏滑振动的主动规避,对工作环境的变化具有较好的适应性,无需改造混合制动系统的机械结构,仅在算法上做出改进,故不会增加额外的硬件成本,通过定期对神经网络模型训练更新,可获取良好的黏滑振动主动抑制效果。
