The invention relates to a test device for throwing a hose of aerial refueling equipment. The test device comprises a mounting bottom plate (1), a fixed loading bracket (2), an elastic rope (3), a movable loading plate (4), a hose loosening mechanism bracket (5), a hose joint simulation piece (6), a shaft pin (7), a cotter pin (8) and a reversing bracket (9). The invention further relates to a test method for throwing the hose of the aerial refueling equipment. The test method comprises the steps of load calibration, loading installation, hose throwing test in a vibration environment and hose throwing test in a low-temperature environment. According to the invention, a real hose of the aerial refueling equipment is replaced by the hose joint simulation piece, so that the installation on a vibration test bed or a low-temperature test box is facilitated, the influence of inertia force of the movable loading plate and the elastic rope on the hose joint can be avoided, and meanwhile, the loading of vibration environment stress in three axial directions of a tested object can be realized.

    本发明涉及一种用于空中加油设备软管抛放的试验装置,包括:安装底板(1),固定加载支架(2),弹性绳(3),移动加载板(4),软管松脱机构支架(5),软管接头模拟件(6),轴销(7),开口销(8)和换向托架(9)。还涉及一种用于空中加油设备软管抛放的试验方法,包括载荷标定、加载安装、振动环境下的软管抛放试验和低温环境下的软管抛放试验的步骤。本发明利用软管接头模拟件替代空中加油设备的真实软管,便于在振动试验台上或低温试验箱内的安装,可避免移动加载板和弹性绳的惯性力对软管接头的影响,同时可实现被试品三个轴向的振动环境应力加载。
