The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft accessory structure design, and particularly relates to a stepless mass center adjusting aircraft lifting appliance which is composed of a main beam, a lifting belt, a safety mechanism, a gear and rack transmission mechanism, a rear lifting block, a gear limiting mechanism, a transfer beam, a front lifting block and a plurality of sets of roller mechanisms. Wherein the transfer beam is made of cold-bending inward-curled channel steel, the lifting belt is made of synthetic fiber and is woven on the main beam, the safety mechanism is fixed on the main beam, the gear and rack transmission mechanism is fixed on the side surfaces of the main beam and the transfer beam at the same time, and the roller mechanism is fixed on two outer curled edges of the main beam and rolls in a guide rail of the transfer beam. The rear lifting block and the front lifting block are both fixed to the bottom of the transfer beam, and the gear limiting mechanism is used for achieving limiting and fixing after mass center adjustment. Stepless mass center adjustment of the aircraft lifting appliance is achieved through the gear and rack transmission mechanism and the roller moving mechanism; fixing after the mass center is adjusted is achieved through the gear limiting mechanism, and safety protection under the condition that the hand is accidentally loosened when the mass center is adjusted is achieved through the safety mechanism. According to the aircraft lifting appliance, the purpose of accurately positioning the mass center of the aircraft can be finally achieved by roughly adjusting the mass center and accurately adjusting the mass center, so that the lifted aircraft is in a stable state.

    本发明属于飞行器附属结构设计技术领域,特别是涉及一种无级调节质心的飞行器吊具,所述吊具由主梁、吊装带、安全机构、齿轮齿条传动机构、后起吊块、齿轮限位机构、转接梁、前起吊块以及多组滚轮机构组成;其中,转接梁为冷弯内卷边槽钢,吊装带材料为合成纤维,编织在主梁上,安全机构固定于主梁上,齿轮齿条传动机构同时固定于主梁以及转接梁的侧面,滚轮机构固定于主梁两外卷边,并在转接梁的导轨内滚动,后起吊块以及前起吊块均固定于转接梁底部,所述齿轮限位机构用于实现质心调节后的限位固定。本发明通过齿轮齿条传动机构以及滚轮移动机构实现飞行器吊具无级调节质心;通过齿轮限位机构实现质心调节后的固定,通过安全机构实现调节质心时意外松手情况下的安全防护。本发明所提出的飞行器吊具可以通过粗调质心、精确调节质心最终达到准确定位飞行器质心的目的,使得吊装飞行器处于稳定状态。
